- Move people in and out of satellite parking areas and within Town using secondary thoroughfares like side streets, alleyways and Riverwalk Trail
- Extend an additional option to transport people to and from downtown businesses impacted by CDOT US 160 construction project for 2025-26 construction seasons
- Provide for seasonal warm-weather tours of downtown attractions like the Mother Spring, parks, river, wetlands, Reservoir Hill and others
