  • Pedal cab w/ electric assist motors that satisfy Class 1/2
    • Electric Bike Classes Explained – 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
    • Class 1: have only pedal assistance up to 20mph.
      Class 2: have pedal assistance up to 20mph + throttle assistance up to 20mph.
      Class 3: have pedal assistance up to 28mph + may or may not have throttle assistance up to 20mph.
      Class 4: may have a top speed of over 28mph and motor wattage over 750W.
    • Proposed vehicles have 750W motor and top speed of 19 MPH
  • Move people in and out of satellite parking areas and within Town using secondary thoroughfares like side streets, alleyways and Riverwalk Trail
  • Extend an additional option to transport people to and from downtown businesses impacted by CDOT US 160 construction project for 2025-26 construction seasons
  • Provide for seasonal warm-weather tours of downtown attractions like the Mother Spring, parks, river, wetlands, Reservoir Hill and others
• Operational hours (depends on demand and seasonality)
  • In general, evenings and weekends between 4/5 pm and 10 pm but will modify depending on demand and need
  • Might operate earlier in day during summer at times
  • Schedule tours and trips specifically for downtown attractions
  • Specific trips can be scheduled in advance for appointed pickup and dropoff at pre-determined points

    • Generally from satellite parking to downtown business stops
    • Can also operate w/in certain area in Town
      • East end to Riff Raff/Meander/Gas station
      • West end to old Sage restaurant/Elementary school
      • South end to Yamaguchi Park/High school

    • Stay off US 160 as much as possible
      • Cross US 160 at allowed legal crosswalks
      • Cross US 160 bridge at First Street (only place to cross river)

    • Riverwalk trail (50″ wide vehicles can pass safely for other parties in both directions)
    • Parking lots at The Springs Resort, Ruby Sisson Library and other areas
    • Overnight storage TBD but have several downtown options including The Springs Resort
